- 1 ORTHO BUCKS - Good cooperation with rubber bands, headgear. etc.
- 1 ORTHO BUCKS - On time for your regularly scheduled appointment
- 1 ORTHO BUCKS - nothing loose or broken at your regular appointment
- 1-3 ORTHO BUCKS - having good oral hygiene.
- 10 ORTHO BUCKS - Bring in documentation from having your teeth cleaned.
- 20 ORTHO BUCKS - Bring in our Thank You letter for a new referral.
