Laurel, CDA, COA, RDA
Certified Dental Assistant
Registered Dental Assistant

Laurel is a Registered Dental Assistant. At our office, she works chairside, and in the lab-fabricating appliances. The interaction with patients is something she enjoys throughout the day. She has had the great fortune of loving what she does, and shares that with our patients. She has been a member of Dr. B’s orthodontic team since 1998. When she is not working, you will find her in a garden as she volunteers in community gardening projects. Her daughter recently married, so she added a son in law to her family.

Lisa, CDA, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Lisa VandeVyver has been working for Dr. B. since 1992. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from University of Detroit Mercy in 2004. She enjoys interacting with the patients and loves being part of making beautiful smiles. Lisa is married and has two sons and a stepson. She enjoys going up north with her family. Lisa is a big sports fan and loves watching the Detroit Tigers and Red Wings. In her free time, she plays golf and likes to read.

Jennifer, CDA, RDA
Certified Dental Assistant
Registered Dental Assistant

Jennifer is a Registered Dental Assistant. She is one of the SureSmile coordinators. Her favorite way to spend the time at work is with the patients. They enjoy her friendly and calm demeanor. She has been a member of our team since 1995. Away from the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters-they like to take trips and visit different areas of Michigan. She always has fun stories to share. She also recently completed a motorcycle class and received her endorsement. Everyone drive safely!!

Jeni
Dental Assistant

In 2006, Jeni became a member of Dr. B’s “family” as an orthodontic dental assistant. Since joining the team, she has become certified in dental radiology. She loves working with her patients and seeing their amazing results. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family (particularly her nieces and nephews). She also volunteers at Champions for Life kids camp, a camp for foster kids.

Angela
Chairside Assistant

Angela has worked with Dr. B since 1992. After working full time with the Dr. B family for 12 years, Angela began a family of her own. She is married and is the mother of 3 beautiful boys. In her spare time she travels Up North and spends time with her family.

Janis
Treatment Coordinator

Janis has been working at Dr. Badalamenti’s office since 2002. She was hired as a financial/scheduling coordinator and has since learned and assumed the position of treatment coordinator. She enjoys welcoming the new patient to our office, and with her friendly personality, strives to make them feel as comfortable and special as possible. Janis has two children, her daughter, who graduated from high school this year, and her son, who will be a junior in high school this fall. She recently remarried, and as been fortunate enough to combine two families into one well-blended family. They enjoy boating, traveling, and family get-togethers.

Linda
Scheduling

Linda has been Dr. Badalamenti’s Scheduling Coordinator since 2000, and has recently added New Patient Coordinator to her job description. She enjoys meeting and greeting new people and patients throughout her day. She also is the coordinator of inter-office marketing and contest and gift ideas. Linda has 2 married children and 5 precious grandchildren. She insists to everyone, "there couldn’t be a better place to work"!

Cathy
Insurance Coordinator and Office Manager

Cathy has been a member of our team since 1989. She was hired as financial coordinator/accounts receivable. In 2000 she assumed the position of Treatment Coordinator. She enjoyed working with Dr. Badalamenti transitioning our new patients into treatment over the past 9 years. Cathy has just recently added a new position to her job description as Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator. She loves to learn new things and is eager to conquer her new position. Cathy is married with 4 children, 2 step-children and 3 wonderful grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys traveling, camping, reading, and riding with her husband on their motorcycle.

Ann
Diagnostic Imaging

Ann has been a member of Dr. B's team since 2001 and wears many "hats" at our office. You can find her at the front desk answering phones and scheduling appointments, or in the clinic keeping things organized and helping out the assistants. She is also in charge of sterilization and is the back up x-ray/records technician. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and being with her family. Ann is married to Jeff and has two sons, Alex and Chad.

Kathy
Diagnostic Imaging and Records Person

Kathy has been Dr. Badalamenti’s x-ray/records tech since 1988. She has one daughter, three sons, two step-sons, and two grandsons. When her family was young, she used to say that she had to come to work to relax! Now that they are grown up, she likes to relax by reading fiction.

Antoinette
Receptionist

Antoinette became a part of our team in 2007. She’s at our front desk, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and the "go-to" gal in the office for computer needs and questions. She came to us with eight years of dental experience, and is currently pursuing a degree in dental hygiene, graduation in June 2010.

Caitlin
Dental Assistant

Caitlin is an orthodontic assistant and has been with the Dr. B family since 2006 as an orthodontic assistant. During her second year, she became the SureSmile coordinator. She trained with the SureSmile experts in Dallas, Texas. Caitlin enjoys working closely with our patients using such an advanced procedure. When not at the office….cooking, laughing, traveling, photography, and being an avid sports nut all fill Caitlin’s spare time.
