Philip Badalamenti received his D.D.S. degree from the University
of Detroit in 1978. He was admitted into the two-year post-graduate
program in orthodontics at Boston University. After graduation
in 1980, he returned home and became licensed as a Specialist
in Orthodontics in Michigan.

1990, Dr. Badalamenti achieved the highest distinction in the
field of clinical orthodontics. After rigorous written and oral
examinations, and having presented the records of many treated
patients several years out of treatment, he became certified
as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Badalamenti is a member of many other professional organizations,
including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Michigan
Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the
Michigan Dental Association, the Macomb County Dental Society
and the Lakeshore Chapter of the Seattle Study Club. He has
frequently lectured to dentists, dental hygienist, dental assistants
and local school groups. He is also the publisher of a children's
book of stories, written and illustrated by and with his patients,
called Is Going to the Orthodontist Worth the Trouble
It Sometimes Takes? from which his office logo was
conceived.

it is not all work; Dr. Badalamenti and his family love the
outdoors. Along with his wife and three daughters, he spends
many weekends locally and in Northern Michigan water-skiing,
snowboarding and playing golf. Dr. Badalamenti also enjoys hunting,
fishing and photography.
